Casey Franco

Matty Staudt has been in broadcasting since he cracked a mic at the age of 16 in his hometown of Keyser, West Virginia. During his radio career, he has been an on-air host, morning show lead and Executive Producer at such legendary stations as WJFK in Washington DC, WNEW in New York City, Alice Radio (KLLC) and Live 105 (KITS) in San Francisco. In 2007, Matty entered the world of podcasting; becoming a pioneer at Stitcher as their first  Director of Content. In 2017, Matty joined iHeartRadio as the radio industry’s first Vice President of Podcast Programming. In this role,  he developed a podcast strategy for the company’s radio talent and helped create over 300 podcasts, driving millions of downloads a month. Matty is President of Jam Street Media, the distribution and marketing team behind "A Life's Story."

Creator of "A Life's Story", Leslie Gold oversees all creative output of every public and personal podcasts to make each one a storytelling masterpiece.  Leslie Gold "The Radiochick" built a top rated show in New York City, the nation's #1 market with 1 million daily listeners. She subsequently expanded her reach nationally and broadcasted to an even larger audience via satellite and syndicated stations in 150 markets. Naturally curious and empathetic,  Leslie is a master storyteller who has moved her listeners to both laughter and tears.  Also a veteran interviewer, she has interviewed presidents, politicians, newsmakers, business leaders and celebrities. Leslie is a multiple industry award winner, and a compelling and dynamic public speaker. An entrepreneur as well, Leslie received her MBA at the Harvard Business School.

Casey Franco is our audio editor and has been working in media for over a decade now. From formerly editing PSA’s for his high school while still a student to working as the Digital Video Manager for iHeartRadio San Francisco, he’s been crafting stories for a long time. He’s worked with companies like Cisco Systems, The California Beef Council, and The Federal Reserve of San Francisco doing exactly that. As a kid, he used to love sitting and listening to his grandparents tell their stories and that is a memory that has stuck with him. He’s excited to help you tell yours as well so "let’s get recording!”

Interviewer/narrator A.J. Fritz is an accomplished radio personality for over 30 years. A.J. has been the afternoon drive host and the Program Director at WLVR in Pennsylvania for decades, as well as a talented voice over artist heard on national commercials. A.J. is a beloved, admired and skilled interviewer who has interviewed hundreds if not thousands of both famous and not-so-famous folks. He has been tapped to teach radio broadcasting and production at Lehigh University.

Emma Sloan is the administrative assistant for A Life’s Story. She schedules, updates clients with projects in progress, answers incoming questions from prospective customers, and handled the website chat function. Emma also listens to every finished project as a “2nd ear” quality control listener for both content and audio quality.

Mark Severs is veteran editor and producer, using his trained ear to polish every project that leaves A Life’s Story. Mark tightens, balances and scores each piece we produce. His background includes hosting and producing shows at Sirius XM, and producing at Fox News Radio and Good Day NY. Mark’s work has been heard nationally and his content and editing sensibilities are widely recognized and respected in the broadcast field.

Linda Sabatelli provides professional interviewing, editing and narration services. A 20 year veteran of radio and podcast work, Linda has worked at SiriusXM for 13 years and for Disney for another decade. Linda brings her considerable skills as a producer and editor, as well as her excellent voice work to bear at A Life’s Story.
